Balayage Highlights

Base 1 has been performing Balayage Highlights for 11 years.  We started the service as an alternative to foiling and streaks to to provide a sunkissed effect for our clients, and wow has it been popular over the years we have introduced new techniques including Balayage low lights, Balayage Glossing, Full head Balayage, Partial Balayage, Twisted Balayage and Drop Balayage. were looking forward to adding images of these techniques when we can squeeze it in amongst our busy schedules.
