"Hello to everyone at Base 1,
The move to Melbourne went well, I thought I would drop you a line because I
went to the salon you recommended. The stylist who did my hair was excellent.
I was very happy with him, but overall, the service wasn't all that great.
Everyone was very friendly, but they didn't really make me feel all that
comfortable. It was very busy and noisy, which I didn't like much,
Base 1 always has such a relaxing atmosphere.
It was $55 for a style cut with my student card, it is an excellent cut. I am
happy with what I got for my money but I think I might try somewhere else next
time. It is a good salon to recommend to your clients because they have similar
approaches to hair-care as you do,
but their customer care is not in your league. I have been spoiled by BASE 1 for
so long that my standards are pretty high.

about a month ago. And I am totally amazed at what you have done with my hair!
You gave me a totally new look, which gives me a new life and new confidence!
I was very impressed (and I still am) that you could cut my hair according to
my liking (no hairdresser has ever done that). In fact, you've gone beyond
that, by actually giving me a hairstyle I can live with and look at each and
everyday!
And the pricing was way more reasonable than other salons, say #%#% and $%# or
%$#%#$% ! Your expertise is way better too!
