  •  Before you permanently straighten your hair we recommend you have a consultation 3 weeks in advance.
  • You need to bring your current shampoo & conditioner to the consultation as some shampoos will prevent the process from working!
  •  The consultation is free and a 20% deposit is required for your booking, at which time we will give you a special shampoo and conditioner to prepare your hair.
  

  For the 3 days following the procedure you       MUST NOT do any of the following –

  •  Wash your hair or get it wet
    i.e. swimming.

  • Tie or clip your hair up.

  • Tuck hair behind your ears.

  • Put sunglasses on your head

  • Anything that would cause you to sweat excessively.
    i.e. gym, solarium, sauna.

  • Do anything that disrupts the
    natural fall of your hair
    i.e. bandanas, hats,
    head-bands scarves etc.

To do so may cause permanent kinks or bends which will require re-application. 

 

We’ve researched, tested or sampled all of the major permanent hair straightening products and even tested them on our selves.  What we have found to give the best results with the safest and most gentle products, Opti Smooth and Chi.  Both are thermal straightening systems that use ionic technology to relax and reform the hair gently.
