Well the hardest thing for a hairdresser to do is disappoint their loveliest clients by dissaperaing with out a trace.

So her are a few things to keep tabs on the person you love and make them want to stay!

• Have a few pictures of styles you like when changing your style.
• Arrive a few minutes early If you want to look at pictures for a new style.
• If you think you want some extra services give us a call before you come in we can probably adjust our appintments for you and things will run a little smoother.
• Don’t be affraid to ask for help with your home styling (We love to)
• If you are cancelling a service let us know before you come in. That way we can offer the time to another clieht or get a lunch break. This also helps keep our prices down. (our apointments are like seats on a plane once it’s gone, it’s gone and we cant sell it again)
• If you love your hair refer a friend (It is the GREATES COMPLIMENT!)
• If you dont love your hair, tell us so we can help you, it is important to us that you enjoy your hair.
• If you arent getting the results from a product tell us we’ll help you or exchange it. Products should do what they are ment to!
